The Politics of renewable and limited attention to substantial development of cities and confined participation in the following years after the Iran-Iraq war, on the comprehensive development have been evolved in recent years; those have been the subject of active participation, also, the key role of development-actors. Therefore, the politics of regeneration have been properly introduced as the politics of economic reform and renewal of inefficient urban structure in the government of Hassan Rouhani.

سیاست‌های نوسازی و توجه صرف به توسعۀ کالبدی و ابعاد بسیار محدود مشارکتی در سال‌های پس از جنگ تحمیلی در توجه به ابعاد مختلف توسعۀ یکپارچه، موضوع مشـارکت و نقش کنشگران مختلف دخیل در امر توسعه و… در سال‌های اخیر تکامل یافته است. در این راستا، سیاست‌های بازآفرینی شهری به‌عنوان سیاست بهسازی و نوسازی بافت‌های ناکارآمد در دولتِ تدبیر و امید مطرح شد.
