The citizenship rights and legitimacy of urban management | Saleh Sharifi

This article seeks to answer three important questions on the role of municipal councils to take urban decisions, legitimacy of their decisions and citizenship rights. The article considers some experiences in Mashhad and the role of NGOs.

این یادداشت به دنبال پاسخ به سه پرسش کلیدی دربارۀ جایگاه شوراهای شهر در تصمیم‌گیری‌های شهری و عامل مشروعیت تصمیمات آن‌هاست و در لابه‌لای آن به تجربه‌هایی از شهر مشهد و کنشگری سازمان مردم‌نهاد چهارطبقه اشاره شده است.
