حاکمیت مطلق اتومبیل و پیامدهایی چون افزایش ترافیک و آلودگی هوا مشکلاتی است که تهران سال‌های سال با آن‌ها روبه‌روست. مشکلاتی که اگر به آن‌ها توجه نشود، می‌تواند پیامدهای جبران‌ناپذیر بیشتری را در آینده رقم بزند. برای حل هریک باید عامل اصلی را شناسایی و مسئله را از ریشه مداوا کرد.
