The necessity of paying attention to the urban economy to develop Tabriz metropolis | Davood Nadim Alqolandis

The municipality is the driving force of cities’ economy, but it must implement up-to-date financing and Investment approaches. There are more than 188 means to wealth creation in the urban field; solely three of them are applied in Tabriz. The administration of a new mechanism to create wealth with regard to the global race is a critical factor in Tabriz urban development.

شهرداری می‌تواند موتور محرکۀ اقتصاد شهری باشد، به شرطی که مسلط به علوم و فنون تأمین مالی و سرمایه‌گذاری، هماهنگ با روش‌های به‌روز دنیا باشد. بیش از 188 نوع روش ثروت‌آفرینی در حوزۀ شهری وجود دارد که در تبریز فقط سه مورد آن استفاده می‌شود و در راستای رقابت جهانی، ایجاد سیستم‌های جدید ثروت‌آفرینی برای توسعۀ تبریز یک ضرورت اجتناب‌ناپذیر است.
