The real issue of cities and megacities of Iran is not limited to a decrease in quality of landscape or supremacy and domination of law but the rule of lawlessness! The municipality policy to authorize high-density housing and ignoring laws by construction companies leads to low tolerance in urban life.

مشکل شهرها و کلان‌شهرهای امروز ایران نه‌فقط کاهش کیفیت سیما و منظر شهری یا گرفتاری در چنگال قانون، بلکه حاکمیت بی‌قانونی است. در چنین شرایطی، کاهش سطح «تاب‌آوری» محیطی تنها نتیجه‌ای است که به دنبال اتخاذ سیاست فروش تراکم از سوی شهرداری‌ها و نداشتن دغدغه در پیروی از قوانین از سوی معماران می‌توان شاهد بود.
