Propaganda is the key for illegal interventions in urban affairs, the spoils, the natural resources, and the public law. Propaganda is based on ”the bigger the lie, the more it will be believed”, or as Adolf Hitler says in his book, Mein Kampf, ”the great masses of the people, will more easily fall victims to a great lie than to a small one.” and so is the bigger the breach of law, the more it will be easy to commit it.

رمز موفقیت تثبیت بسیاری از مداخلات غیرقانونی در عرصۀ شهر، انفال، منابع طبیعی و تعدّی به حقوق عمومی؛ پروپاگانداست. پروپاگاندایی که قاعده‌اش مبتنی است بر «دروغ هرچه بزرگ‌تر، باور کردنش ساده‌تر» یا آن‌گونه که هیتلر در کتاب «نبرد من» یاد می‌کند: «در دروغ بزرگ همواره نیروی قابل‌باور بودن موجود است» بر همین اساس هم، تعدّی و تخلف هرچه بزرگ‌تر، شدنی‌تر…
