The main philosophy for designing “Five plus One” plans was that, nowadays, in the process of designing houses the apartments are just objects of sale and not a home as a fundamental concept. There is neither attention on modern life-style nor observation on our generation concerns. To be optimistic, the eternal concept of home with architectural ambitious for forms, color and material are the only things that became important in constructing apartments.

اینکه چرا در طراحی خانه- ‌آپارتمان‌های امروز که بیشتر از خانه بودن کالایی هستند برای خریدوفروش، هیچ نگاهی به شیوه زندگی معاصر و دغدغه‌های امروزین نسل جدید نمی‌شود و تنها در خوش‌بینانه‌ترین حالت در زمان طراحی به مفهوم ازلی خانه با جاه‌طلبی‌های فرمی و معمارانه با چاشنی رنگ و متریال توجه می‌شود، سرآغازی بود برای طراحی پلان‌های پروژۀ «پنج بعلاوه یک»!
